There were plenty of shocks in a not well-written mid-season finale of Glee last night. While one character's fate was revealed by the end of the hour after a shocking attempt at their own life, another character's was left very much in jeopardy in the final seconds of the episode. While a seven week gap will have fans waiting for the question to be answered, it seems we can put those fears to rest less than 24 hours after the cliffhanger, as a new on-set photo has revealed just whether or not the aforementioned character has lived or died.

Hypable got their hands on the photo, which reveals Quinn in a wheelchair after her car accident in the final seconds of last night's episode (click to enlarge):
This easily puts an end to the debate of whether or not Quinn is alive, but definitely raises the question of whether or not the wheelchair incident is permanent, or only temporary.
Furthermore, this solidfies many critics' predictions that Quinn would indeed survive, and yet another PSA-type episode that will revolve around texting while driving. While it's all but confirmed, it'll be interesting to see what becomes of Dianna Agron's character, as a rocky start for Quinn had seemingly been set straight when the series returned from a brief holiday hiatus.
Glee returns April 10th with the third season's fifteenth episode, titled "Big Brother", which will feature Matt Bomer as Blaine's older brother Cooper.
