If you follow us on Twitter, you know that both myself and Diane have been raving about the latest addition to Disney Channel's animated line-up Gravity Falls. A hilarious well-written supernatural comedy filled with incredible characters, depth that has jokes for children & elements for adults, the series is an all-ages affair that is an absolute masterpiece with a strong Internet following.

And though we've seen an extended hiatus after "The Time Traveler's Pig", it seems Disney Channel is ready to really promote the hit program today as for some reason the network has released a clip from this Friday's episode that is popping up nearly everywhere, featuring Dipper and some witty humor regarding video games.



Called "Fight Fighters", this week's episode finds Dipper challenged by Robbie in the titular arcade game while our leading pre-teen still holds a bit of sour feelings after the angst-filled male stole crush Wendy away. By some sort of magic, one of the characters Rumble McSkirmish comes to life and Dipper sees this as an advantage to take down his rival-in-romance once and for all.

If you haven't seen Gravity Falls yet, we highly recommend that you do regardless of whatever age you are. With a unique visual style, a voice cast that is actually quite impressive on paper and material that tends to dip both in and out of perhaps some of the most mature children's programming ever created. While it's aimed for the younger audiences, it's easy to see exactly why so many people love this series.
