Recently, if FX has been pushing for it's audience to see any of their original series it is definitely aiming for American Horror Story: Asylum. With so many promos we lost count in the 20s, the creepy teasers have been short commericials that either showcase a vague hint of what's to come or have the task of introducing the cast. Up to this point we haven't seen any new footage from the season about to debut, with the exception of some B-roll thanks to a behind the scenes featurette.

However that all changes today as the latest promo for the hit drama acts as our first trailer for Season 2, showing us our first footage from the episodes to come.



Set in 1954, newcomers to the cast include Adam Levine, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Joseph Fiennes, Chloe Sevigny, and James Cromwell, along with returning cast members Jesisca Lange, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, Eric Stonestreet and more.

American Horror Story: Asylum premieres Wednesday October 17th at 10PM on FX.
