THE NEWS BUNDLE: Seth Rogen and James Franco Hilariously Reunite in First Red Band Trailer for 'This Is The End'

Though the title keeps changing, the worldwide conspiracy that the apocalypse is coming tomorrow due to the Mayan calendar has become one of the largest urban legends in recent memory. But to make sure we get a first glimpse in just under the wire, Seth Rogen has decided to premiere the first footage from his directorial debut This is The End just to be safe. Featuring multiple actors and actresses, including Emma Watson, Rihanna, Michael Cera, Paul Rudd, Jason Segel and more, the apocalypse comes knocking on the door of James Franco. And reuniting a Pineapple Express trio with a few additional members, This is The End looks to be a hilarious epic you can't miss.



The basis of the story comes with the fact that Rogen, along with Jay Baruchel, Jonah Hill, James Franco, Craig Robinson, and Danny McBride will all be playing fictionalized versions of themselves, who are all together in Franco's house as the Apocalypse sends the world into panic. Set photos earlier this year revealed a massive star-studded party that includes cameos from Emma Watson, Jason Segel, David Krumholtz, Rihanna, Paul Rudd, Aziz Ansari, and Michael Cera, all of whom are expected to play themselves as well.

The script was penned by both Rogen and his writing & production partner Evan Goldberg, while This is The End is expected to hit theaters on June 14th, 2013.
